She approaches Makoto, the new principal of the newly rebuilt Hope's Peak Academy with the idea a year after the events of Danganronpa 3.
What if Kyoko were not content with merely standing by and guiding Makoto, but instead stepped up and took charge of the 15 trapped students? With her keen intellect and sharp senses, could she keep her classmates from succumbing to despair? A retelling of the first game with someone rational in charge. Starts close to canon and will diverge as time goes on.
