The Celestial Forge is the greatest combination of crafting powers in Jumpchain, meaning it is the greatest combination of crafting abilities in all of fiction. In Brockton Bay a forgotten side character's trigger event ends with him linked to the Celestial Forge rather than his intended shard. His expanding collection of tinker abilities drag him into the city's cape conflicts.
Beware young Taylor, for the night is dark and full of terrors.
While recovering after the incident with the locker, Taylor begins to hear a voice in her head which claims to be God. She thought that the odds of this being a villain with a very annoying ability to completely bend perception were higher, but really, she wasn't sure which possibility she liked less.
Taylor becomes a dragon. Hijinks ensue.
Taylor is a nerd and when she discover she can bring plastic to life she decides to avoid the troubles of politics and the violence of being a hero or villain and decides to open a toy store. Featuring a rivalry with Parian, the constant annoyance of the PRT, Nazis dying and a titan stepping on leviathan.
Bakuda's last resort goes off uninterruptedly, bringing about a change which will shake not only Brockton Bay but the entire country as people see themselves faced with a sudden change they have no control over. Can Taylor adapt before it is too late? Is Brockton Bay doomed after all? One thing's for certain, life will never be the same ever again.
