In the early 2000s, Jurassic World brings some familiar faces onboard in the years leading up to the park’s opening, and the events of JP3 play out more tragically in 2004. A lonely paleo-veterinarian and an orphaned survivor of Sorna have been suddenly thrown into the mix, what can you possibly expect? Or: Zia has one fucked secret and Eric is going to become another.
This is the old version of Don't Take Peace for Granted. I'm not going to take it down, but I am working on posting/writing the new, at least slightly revamped version. Read at your own risk, I've definitely grown as a writer since posting this!
Blue in confronted by someone who looks and sounds like her Alpha, yet she saw Alpha leave. This couldn't be Alpha. For Owen all it took was a wound to prove otherwise.
Blue lost everything she ever knew & loved because of InGen, & it left her broken inside. When her friend Kenny comes back to the island to be reunited with her, he discovers that InGen wants something there, & won't stop until they get it. With the lives of countless dinosaurs ruined by InGen, Kenny'll have to find some way to deal with their threats & stop InGen's return. Hiatus.
"Raptors are pack hunters." as Blue had always heard Owen Grady, say. Her pack was her family and they were always there to protect, aid each other, and provide emotional support. They were together from the beginning and Owen was always their "Alpha". But then the park fell and all that Blue had in life fell with it. (Full Summary Inside!) High T for violence.
