Derek and Penelope go down to New York to visit Morgan's good friend Don Flack. Instead of it being a nice little gettaway from work for the weekend, it turns to work as a serial killer goes loose in the city. The BAU team and the people at the Crime Lab work together to get the guy, all while Garcia is struggling to deal with feelings about Morgan.
