Kat Harvey and her sister, Michelle, move to Friendship, Maine in order to investigate a haunted mansion inherited to a greedy businesswoman. One ghost, Casper, takes a liking to the sisters (particularly Kat), and then the three of them bond as they try to save the mansion's hidden treasure.
A sequel to 1995 original feature film. Dr. James Harvey receives a call from his nieces, informing him that one of them attempted to unalive herself. Now it's up to him and Casper the friendly ghost to help this poor young woman. But with more fleshies in Whipstaff manor more trouble is sure to arise.
The Ghostly Trio have Whipstaff Manor all to themselves while Doc Harvey and Kat are on a vacation, ghost touring. Casper and his uncles are prepared to have a grand time while the fleshies are away, but they are unprepared for the appearance of an unexpected guest that will affect their afterlives forever.
During a regular session, Dr Harvey begins to uncover some interesting facts about the Ghostly Trio and their upbringing in Whipstaff. Unlocking a ghost's memory is a long and grueling process but Dr Harvey is determined to make these dead pranksters remember. Of course, do they even want to remember?

Until now, but meanwhile, the Ghostly Trio are looking for their nephew and along the way, memories of their past lives arises.
