Starsky and Hutch are asked by the Feds to help with the transfer of a prisoner from Bay City to Phoenix. The prisoner is someone well known to both them and Captain Dobey. They discover that prisoner has made a deal with the Feds and that some influential people might not want him to make it to Phoenix alive. Will they all make it to Phoenix in one piece. Set June 1977.
