The flock has been flying for a very long time. Maximum Ride just can't make it and she falls. But where does she fall? Some place called the society...And when they discover her they don't see her wings. They bring her to a house where she will live. In the Oria province.

One-shot alternate ending to Matched, begins at beginning of last chapter. Cassia is agonizing over her actions and finds a hopeful scrap of her past- and it's flying Ky's name. Dark, suicide, possible triggers.
Ky tells Lei the truth about her husband's death.
