A fanfiction sequel to Conviction and Blacklist. With this Splinter Cell fanfic project in the works, I wanted to not only explore a huge plothole in Conviction that was never capitalized on in Blacklist (Megiddo), but also try to develop the existing characters and their relationships with each other more.

Andrew Collins, a commoner, is presented an opportunity to leave the slums and become a Stealth Cyborg for the indebted NSA. Fifth Echelon is a new, ambitious branch that aims to use augmented agents for non-lethal missions. If it fails, then the Agency dies with it.
In this universe both Metal Gear and Spliter Cell have merged, Sam Fisher and Solid Snake are the heroes of this story. One who fights for his family, and another that fights for his future.
