3 years after the fall of Rancora's defeat, Sage, Libby, Vega, Scarlett, and Leona are new teachers in the Starling Academy. Now they must use their powers again, and this time, the positive wishes are turning negative for some reason. With the help of 12 new students, they must figure out what's causing all of this.
When Piper has a nightmare about a Wishling undergoing a mummy curse, she and Vega sneak out of Starling Academy to make sure it doesn't come true.
