Princess Peach invited Class VII, Mario bros, and Toad Brigade to Isle Delfino for Class VII soon to be vacation over days. By the time they arrived in Isle Delfino, Mario was suddenly arrested. Now everyone works together to help solve this crisis and find the perpetrator so they can have the vacation they were planning.
Cackletta and Fawful stole Princess Peach's Voice, now Mario, Luigi, Class VII, Bowser and certain Officer Academy students and faculty join forces to put a stop to this and reclaim Peach's voice, but their plans immediately exploded afterwards, scattering everyone across the Beanbean Kingdom! Now it's up to everyone to reunite and stop this madness.
Bowser suddenly takes over the Mushroom Kingdom and traps everyone inside it. Now it's up to Class VII and some friends they made from the Phantom Field to rescue them! Will they be able to save everyone and stop Bowser's Conquest or will Bowser achieve his goal?
