In "The Female of the Species," Homelander made a calculated decision about a plane hijacking. What if someone else made that decision for him? What if that someone was a Man of Steel?
DC/Boys xover. During a battle against an invading force, 2 iconic heroes are sent on a collision course with a world that does not understand the true meaning of heroism. Can these two turn the tide and educate a whole planet on what it means to be a hero or will they bow to pressure and temptation and turn away from their own beliefs and natures?
The Dark Knight is forced to start from square one on an Earth whose heroes are far from heroic and closer to tyrants behind closed doors. He has experience under his belt and the shadows at his back to help him along his journey. But even he's not sure if he'll be able to make it back home to tell the tale. At the very least, his moral code will be tested.
