Not much to say here, just a small part of a fight between Surge the Tenrec and my Sonic OC, Arrow. For some context, Surge is attacking a city, found that one of the occupants of the business she attacked didn't take kindly to it, and the fight broke out. This comes midway into the fight, and suffice it to say, its a flex on pure speed and power against utility and durability.
