Leia Forman is a good kid; she only gets into trouble occasionally, and she loves her grandparents. She swears by it. But that doesn't mean she wants to spend her entire summer with them.
Hyde never imagined himself having a family. Then Jackie gets pregnant during their final year of college. Their first child, Cassiopeia, changes Hyde's world. The man who once couldn't imagine having children now can't imagine a world without them.
"I hate you," is all Kitty said. The tears that once been in her eyes where now gone and anger replaced them. "Good," Red said, his voice still monotone. He continued squirting water from his hands.
They figured they would have a better chance of finding blankets upstairs and they did. Each of them managed to find a blanket, whether it was from the den or the living room. Once they where wrapped in their blankets warmly, they went upstairs and into Eric's room.
"She told me that she hated me," Kitty said, her voice even shakier than before. Red leaned closer to his wife and rested his hand on her shoulder. "She doesn't hate you, sweetheart," Red replied soothingly as he rubbed his hand against her shoulder.
Red took this as a cue to start dancing, which he did. But because there wasn't any music, he started singing the song he and Kitty both loved – Fly Me to the Moon. "Fly me to the moon. Let me play among the stars. Let me see what spring is like on Jupiter and Mars," he sang softly in Kitty's ear as he started a slow rhythm of dancing.
At the moment, Red was watching TV. He figured there was a football game on and Betsy was due for a nap soon. Kitty was changing Betsy's diaper and when she finished, she walked into the living room and took a seat next to her husband on the e leaned her body into Red's and rested her feet on the coffee table. Red wrapped his arm around Kitty's shoulders protectively.
"Did you miss a spot this morning?" Kitty asked as she grabbed her cup from the counter, walked over to the table, where Red had sat down and grabbed a piece of bacon, and sat down.
He still had shaving cream on half of his face, but he was worried about Laurie. So he rushed into her room. "Daddy," she said, tears still streaming down her face. He rushed to her side and sat down, pulling her into a hug immediately. "It's okay, sweetheart, I'm here," Red said as she nuzzled his chest.
Something fatal has happened to Midge and Donna turns to the people who have taken her in as family.
Various moments during Kitty's pregnancy, had it been a pregnancy instead of menopause. Very au and very unchronological.
"Go to sleep, sweetheart. It'll make you feel better," she said quietly. Donna nodded her head and moved her arm so it was resting against Kitty's stomach, her thumb wondering to her mouth.
"I knew you would get it," he said softly into her hair. She softly laughed and looked down at the baby in her arms, Red doing the same. He let his hand wonder to Laurie's tiny hand, who in turn latched it around his index finger. [s/o to TheFanficMinion101 for the idea!]
They just wanted to watch TV because within a half hour, Eric had his head on Kitty's shoulder, mouth open and he was snoring. Hyde was still watching TV, but she figured since Eric was sleeping, he would soon follow. Within ten minutes, Hyde was fast asleep; his head rested against the back of the couch, his mouth also open.
When Kitty's sister visits in 'Eric's Naughty No No' Kitty begins to feel like the odd person out, now it's up to Red to remind her of how lucky and successful her life really is.
Just updated! Please Read I think you'll like where this is all going! Beginning a few weeks after Veteran's day. Jackie and Hyde. A longer in Progress multi chapter.
After Kitty gets the special surprise that Red ordered for her in "Romantic Weekend" she goes to see him. Ever wonder what happened in that unseen scene? Here's my take on it in this oneshot!
When Hyde asked Kitty to take Jackie to her appointment, the older woman agreed immediately. She took every chance she could get to help out her kids with their kids. That day it meant taking a very pregnant Jackie to her last ultra sound before the baby was due the following week
PTSD was something that still affected Red Forman, even years after the war. It never really went away. Sure, it got easier to deal with over the years, but he still woke up from nightmares. He still got night sweats and he still got anxiety in crowded places, much to his embarrassment.

"We're going to be parents, Kitty," Red said, the fact that he was going to be a parent in four short months really starting to sink in. "I know we are, sweetheart," Kitty said as she looked lovingly at her husban
Only a few seconds passed before Kitty felt the familiar flutter of a kick. "We got a little kick," Kitty said as she looked down at her baby bump and laughed, placing her hand on her stomach and softly rubbing it.
Hyde's prank on Kitty in "Surprise, Surprise" creates quite the aftermath in the Forman home. Red is upset, Eric is worried, and is Kitty really planning on getting Hyde back with a prank of her own? If so, it looks like she may be getting help from someone very close to Hyde.
Jackie and Hyde are having their first baby but what happens when Budd tries to come back into Hyde's life. Disclaimer: I came up with this by myself. This is my original work. I have been told that there is one similar to this, but I came up with this by myself while I was riding in the car.
"Are you okay, kitten?" Red asked. "Do you want me to tell you another bedtime story?" he asked. Laurie looked at her father and gave her a toothy smile. "I want to dance with you, Daddy," she replied.
The last song of the night happened to be one of Red's favorite songs, No Other Love by Perry Como. It also happened to be the one that he and Kitty danced to at their wedding.
Right when Red finished talking, Eric let out a small sigh and his eyes fluttered close, pulling him closer to sleep. Something about feeling the vibrations in their father's chest when he talked put both Eric and Laurie to sleep. It made Kitty laugh because it was something she loved doing when she cuddled with her husband.
