Eden. Paradise. A city underwater, where the rich can go to satisfy their carnal desires, and live like kings. But not everyone is pleased with this "Utopia". Every day, trains full of kidnapped teens and children are carted in to be slaves. When a group led by Lirik, a rich Luxray, hear of the city, they decide to take down the mysterious leader, Contemptress, and save the city.
