It's eighth year at Hogwarts. Very few have returned. And those that did have to deal with the aftermath of the war. Refer to "World After Voldemort" for the rest of the story.

The repeat year at Hogwarts. Hermione is back, of course. She wouldn't dream of missing a school year if she could help it. So are a bunch of other people. Not everyone is back for the education, though. For some, it's a second chance. And together, perhaps, they can make a difference. The war may be over, but not everything is as it seems on the surface. Especially with people.

After the War, many students return to repeat a year at Hogwarts, Hermione being one of them. The Ministry works with her to usher in new policies. Because who better than a War Hero. Hermione decides to seek an ally among the Slytherins. And who better to smoothen the relations with Pure Bloods than their 'Prince' himself, Draco Malfoy. MAY NOT BE IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER

It is years after the death and Voldemort. Years after the War heroes were decorated. Is the world a better place now? Were all enemies defeated? More importantly, could all enemies be defeated just as easily as Voldemort was? Pain, angst and anger, and in the midst of it all, passion, hurt and heartbreak, concealed from the world. When loyalties change, who remains by your side?

Lily looked into his eyes, and saw her own. Green, almond shaped eyes, just like hers were. She spoke softly, "Harry."

James has a realisation

It's the Battle At Hogwarts. Slytherins are being evacuated. None of them joins the battle. Or do they?

Hermione wants to go out there alone, but is stopped by Malfoy who refuses to let her go. Can tricks help her escape, without ruining one's feelings for another? Or can one's feelings help one escape, without ruining the trick?

There are bad guys out there, and it's up to Hermione to round them all up. Alone. There is one tiny problem. There is somebody who won't let her leave. Now what reasons could there possibly be for that?
