She was scared and tired and traumatized, and it was all she could hope that she could heal there. So, Dumbledore turns her eleven and send her to the Potter home.

Dumbledore has died and Fred and Hermione are sent to look for his missing wand. When they find it, they're sent twenty years into the past. Fred/Hermione pairing, Hermione/Regulus pairing to begin with. Through Marauders era and the second war and after. Obviously AU. Some events have slightly changed. From Marauders era past the end of the second Wizarding War.
