Monica reached for the door handle, worried about what she'd say to Chandler. It probably wasn't something he was reading into. He probably meant nothing by it. Maybe he was just in the bathroom or was trying to get himself used to leaving in the morning so it wasn't such a shock when their fling was over. And then she stepped into the living room. A sweet scent hung in the air.
Monica and Chandler take their eleven-month-old children to the beach for the first time.
Cafuné: running your fingers through the hair of someone you love. The five times Chandler Bing runs his fingers through Monica Geller's hair and the one time he doesn't.
Darren is the anti-Matt and Harriet realises just what that means.
Monica and Chandler plan their anniversary trip away. Only for it to be delayed.
The Bing family spend a day in the backyard, giggling and teasing. Just a regular Saturday, nothing new or different, and yet, it's everything.
Monica and Chandler get away from the city for a few days, escaping the stress of their busy lives to "reconnect" with each other. Warning: chapters 5,6,7,11 will all feature adult content for mature eyes only.
"Rachel wasn't ready yesterday. And she'll probably be overwhelmed and unsure tomorrow. But today, when she was holding Emma, none of that mattered. "Doctor Connelly did say it wasn't totally out of the realm of possibility. So if you wanted to keep trying," he trailed off. That's right. She pressed the pads of her fingers lightly into the back of Chandler's neck. There was a chance, small as it was, that they could conceive naturally if they kept trying. Mondler has an important conversation as they pack for Barbados.
No one can find Danny. They've lost Jordan, there's mould on the stage and Matt hasn't made an appearance yet. Harriet wanted to apologise. To yell at him more. To hold him, to slap him. Harriet knows, deep down, that sometimes before it gets better, the darkness gets bigger. But right now, she's surrounded by a cold, dark, guilt and she can't see a way out.
Querencia: a place from which one's strength is drawn, where one feels most at home; the place where you are your most authentic self. Chandler and Monica realised that she is his strength and he is he home.
Monica watches Chandler dance over the years. He doesn't get any better, but he does get more charming. Balter: to dance artlessly, without particular grace or skill, but usually with enjoyment.
