Due to the effects of the blood quill, Harry Potter is losing his magic at an alarming rate and will be a Squib and a dead one before Christmas. Everybody is waiting in the Great Hall for Harry Potter to die and come back as even though he has died it is still Dumbledore calling the shots. Once Harry offs Voldie THEN the final plan goes into effect. But they are in for a very big SURPRISE.

Harry is illegally chosen to participate in the Tournament, gets fed up with his treatment and tries to gain his freedom from Dumbledore, etc. Despite him being in the right, Dumbles is too powerful and "wins" but Harry now declares war on him and the Magical World.
Most people in Magical Britain under-estimate Muggles because they don't really know much about them or how much they have advanced since 1945 because Dumbledore wants it that way. Contrary to popular belief, there are Muggles like the Drs. Granger who are not only intelligent but bound and determined to watch over their daughter.
At the graveyard Harry and Voldemort had a "chat" and unknown to anybody - especially Dumbledore - call a truce and another more appealing offer is made. Will Harry accept after experiencing Dementors, sham & illegal trials, Ron being Ron and all the usual angst?
Harry has had enough and fights for his freedom from abuse and Dumbledore mainly by suing the hell out of everybody. He actually wins and Dumbles loses. But nothing stops Dumbles from getting his way and a new war starts, one which poor Voldie isn't invited to participate in.
Dumbledore had no idea just how much trouble Sirius' death would cause or he wouldn't have allowed it to happen. Then Lucius Malfoy has an accident and Dumbles' plans really go downhill. Not much Harry but concentrates on the dilemmas others face due to the deaths.
Harry is illegally entered into the Triwizard Tournament, told he has to participate or else, becomes a pariah and then disappears. It is discovered that he had been captured and killed and that seems to be the end of his life and story. Just as long as Voldemort still resurrects, Dumbledore's plans can continue. But then everything crashes and burns.
Amelia Bones is shocked to learn that a house elf has brought the missing Harry Potter to her home seeking sanctuary and protection. But helping and protecting him has consequences that nobody in Magical Britain could possibly imagine and the world will never be the same.
AU: There is nothing like dying to finally make some important changes and that is exactly what Harry does after surviving another killing curse. Through a stroke of very good luck, Harry finally gets control of his life and Dumbledore can't believe what happens - and there is nothing he can do about it.
I wrote this story because I wanted to write Chapter 5. Harry is illegally entered into the Triwizard Tournament, made into a pariah but decides to fight back and actually changes the world while getting his freedom.
After defeating Voldemort Harry flees for his life, health, safety and personal happiness despite the plans Dumbledore still had for him. Luckily he manages to remain free and fight back at those who would see him conform to Dumbledore's last orders.
Because he committed the "sin" of losing the Tournament, Harry is framed and sent to Azkaban. He makes friends with the least likely people and then he and one other are rescued by his true friends. He makes a truce and decides to "punish the wicked" and all those who made his life hell and betrayed him.
Harry has a Christmas surprise for everybody - but they definitely won't like it. Harry escapes and with the help of the Goblins will attempt to out those who have been harming him and the Magical World. Will he succeed or will Dumbles triumph as usual?
WARNING! This story is gross and vulgar but necessary for the story. Harry is in his fifth year and everybody is against him. There is nothing he can do about it except to wish things were different. He is a wizard and sometimes wishes come true.
