Some truths want to be said. I do so love surfing canon while still trying to have some fun with these crazy kids. This is set sometime after The Serene Squall.

"Lift Us Where Suffering Cannot Reach" was a tough episode. (And obviously spoilers abound here.) I really just needed to talk things out-or let these three do it for me. This follows my other SNW fics, especially "Hijinks Have Consequences," but you don't have to have read them for this to make sense.

Such a great episode (and spoilers for Spock Amok) I really like Spock and T'Pring together but the chemistry between him and Chapel is sizzling. it's doing so much to rewrite what comes later in TOS. I had to explore that and a loose end that bugged me.

They aren't giving Chapel a backstory, so I'll do it. It may be overwritten by canon eventually but until then... Also there were some plot-holes I'm going to try to pave over. This is in the "Reciprocity: universe but you don't have to have read that to understand this.

It's early days for this series. We know little about these two after only two eps. But I'm entranced with the idea of them. So here goes. Spoilers of course for the show so far, For those hoping I'd go in a Spock/Chapel direction, don't despair. You know I love to mix things up. Who knows what future eps will inspire.

Spoilers for Reckoning and all of Season 7 really. What did Beckett really mean at the end of the show? I found myself needing to write this very short fic to sort out my own feelings on things. First Castle fic.

I am finding myself in love with the Sarek/Chapel pairing and wanted to do something a little less err angty and drastic than their last outing. Or if not less angsty, at least the angst will not come from complications from Spock. A longish one, for those who like a story with a little meat on its bones.

This is for Harmony Bites and she knows why. A bit experimental in the crafting, but at its heart, a Kirk/Chapel I hope she loves.
