My second attempt at writing about episode 7x10. Filling in some gaps
A collection of Upstead oneshots, mostly of Jay comforting Hailey or taking care of her. Requests welcome!
An undercover operation by Jay and Adam goes awry and Jay is kidnapped. Can the Unit find him soon enough before he ends up like the other victims?
Will is missing and while Jay is searching for him, he remembers the past.
She had known him as Ryan Spencer while he had been spying on her family - while visiting a restaurant, Jay is recognized by someone he met while undercover. Quickly, he finds himself in a life-threatening situation.
After Jay and Will are freed from the house where they were held, the brothers realize that the kidnapper is still at large. They fear that he might already have a new plan. (This story is the continuation of the story "The Auction")
Will and Jay visit the vacation home of their family in Wisconsin. When they get there, someone is waiting for them at the house who was imprisoned by the Intelligence Unit and by Jay 5 years earlier. A game of life and death begins... (Spoilers for Chicago PD, Season 6 and Chicago Med, Season 4. This story refers to my fanfic "Memories of a stranger")

She's never minded working the night shift.
They've been here before. It's nothing new, but it hurts all the same. And they know it's going to happen again. Unfortunately. Missing hospital moment from 9x22. Upstead oneshot.
Hailey and Jay used to be best friends, but haven't seen each other in 7 years. A chance encounter at a coffee shop one morning in Chicago forces them to address many old wounds, memories and feelings that had been left unsaid along the way. Will they be able to find their way back to each other? Upstead!
Hailey's got her own fears but Jay's got faith and in the end all they really need is each other. [Married upstead] [HEA]
Post 9x22 — After the long day they have had, Jay and Hailey come home and talk about their day, and reiterate one of their most known sayings, I go where you go. Because it’s true, in every storm the universe seems to throw at them.
When a new drug lord takes over the streets of Chicago it is up to Intelligence to take him down. It's a pretty intense team story with focus on Voight. Warning: Foul language, major injuries to main character, a world of hurt, betrayal and violence. Team as a family. Appearances of other members in the One Chicago family.
After the explosion, Hailey pushes through her aches and pains while the team tries to figure out what to do next. Luckily, Jay is right by her side, and he always has the right answers. [Post-9x21]
Jay/Hailey one-shot AU, inspired by Cornelia Jakobs' song of the same name. Just a short, little one-shot :)
Whiskey, tequila and the best kind of trouble.
Nemo resideo - leave no man behind. That's what the Army had taught him. If only the team would live by those same principles. Jay-centric with lots of whump and angst. Episode-related following 1x11 "Turn the Light Off" with significant references to the Lonnie Rodiger case.
When Ray and Sonny turn their backs on Clay. Clay is placed with the abusive Echo team. It doesn't take long before he develops PTSD from their operations. Jason is willing to do anything it takes to help Clay, even if that means taking him to visit his cousins Jay and Will Halstead in Chicago. But Will Clay want to leave Chicago and go back to the Navy? Or will he want to stay?
Hailey Upton is Kim's old partner at the 16th. Kim had been through a bad break-up but she decides to set her up with one of her partners in her new unit.
Jay's the person type that love to gain more experiences. Especially when it comes to the Adventures activities. But he also has the things that he feared off. What is it? Check it out!
Jay doesn't want to talk about Agent North or Roy Walton or ultimatums. He doesn't want to talk at all. [9x09 Canon Divergence]
been here all along, why can't you see? you belong with me. (or: the upstead fake dating au that nobody asked for.)
Injured and in pain, Jay is rescued by the team and that's when the agony starts. A Jay Halstead whump story.
Hailey and Jay talk about Torres, and they both get some reassurance. [missing moment from 9x18]
Maddison is a barista at a little mom-and-pop coffee joint, and she appreciates all her regulars. She has favorites, of course, and one day, when everything she thinks she knows gets turned on its head, Maddison makes an assumption. [Outsider POV of Hailey and Jay's relationship.]
It's a crossover Chicago PD, & Law and Order SUV is the first part then Chicago Fire in later chapters, I don't have a summary of the story I came up with this last night playing around with one of my books thought of this as a really good fanfiction Olivia Benson & Amanda Rollins are the only ones from SUV there is a relationship, but I am taking it slow (I am my own muse)
With Hailey's life hanging in the balance, Jay is left waiting, hoping and praying that he won't break his promise.
A case brings up trauma to Jay from his time in the army. The team is finally going to learn why Jay was discharged but that discovery puts them all at risk. With an elite military unit hunting Jay the team has to work fast to stop them before Jay becomes their newest victim. His PTSD hits full force, but Hailey and Will are standing by him and refuse to let the darkness take him.
Hailey has known from the beginning of her partnership with Jay that he took his friendship with Mouse very seriously. She also knows that she doesn't know everything about Jay. Through both of these facts, she realizes that when she's confused and worried about Jay, there's only one person who could help her best. Upstead Oneshot.
