The idea of raising hell was never appealing for Shigeo, but if raising hell would fix things in Honnouji Academy, the academy he enrolled on and which system is ridiculously messed up, then he will be more than willing to rightfully raise hell alongside Ryuko Matoi.

Rescued by the Kiryuin's a young orphaned boy with a mysterious hate for his past, lives his life in Honno City where he meets new and interesting people. Though he hates his past we'll see if he'll enjoy his new life in this City.
