Follows the story of six unlikely allies who find themselves thrown together by fate in the cruel and harsh Sixth-World of Shadowrun. A new chapter is written most weeks. The game takes place during the 3rd edition rules set / timeline, for clarity - we're just coming up on the Year of the Comet...
Three Shadowrunners have arrived in Calfree. Through love and war, their dreams and their grit, they are there to change the world. Adapted from a playthrough of Antumbra Saga by Cirion. Shadowrun and Goblin Slayer belong to the copyright holders.
Taylor is a Greater Western Dragon. Your argument is invalid.
Just me recording/re-writing a campaign I played in last year, trying to experiment with making it more narrative. The story mainly focuses on the character I played, a Shadowrunner named Lemon Aide; A corporate mage who doesn't have any memory of the time she worked for a company named Green Line, just the knowledge that she woke up knowing how to fight, and with a presumably stol
A wish brings the Human-Metahuman Vampiric Virus from the techno-savvy reality of Shadowrun to Cleveland's Hellmouth.
Halloween 2071, tricks and treats for everyone. For one person in Denver there are neither tricks or treats this night, but a little revenge that's been two months in the making.
In the Barrens of DeeCee, a young adept faces his first run.
Another day, another corporate conspiracy.
Mini-Fiction, partially crude on purpose, about an Ex-Shadowrunner, Ex-Shaman, & Father leaving his wife behind to face a vampire stalker from the past & save his daughter. T-rated text. I wrote this in Pietroschek Prose, not regular US-English, nor regular British English. Original idea was intended for a "maximum 1200 words contest". FFnet edition is becoming a notch unique!
The dark cracks of Seattle consume all but the most hardened. Most clever. Most dangerous. Sophia lives in the dreary Seattle where the corps control all, and magic has bloomed into the world after a long sleep. But more than magic: orcs, elves, and dwarfs. Now... ponies? Perhaps the warmth of one soul will bring a little light to the darkness that is the world of Shadowrun. (CLOP)
Many artifacts from previous ages can be found, many with purposes unknown and confusing enchantments, but most of incredible value nonetheless. Some, however, are coveted by those who are movers and shakers of the sixth world, and fewer still know what they are truly capable of. Based on the same titled mission book written by Jennifer Harding.
The continuing adventures of Cypher and Firefly, almost seven months after the events that happened in Denver. What starts as a simple run to the Rotten Apple turns into a much longer stay. Based on the Catalyst Game Labs mission modules. Results are in no way guaranteed to match cannon material, and the shadowrunners are characters of my own creation.
A run can go south at any time. It happens, but it never happened to Anders before the night Daze-E didn't come home. Now he wants revenge on the runners who let her die on the job, regardless of what that particular course of action will cost him.
A team of veteran Lone Star homicide detectives find their world turned upside down when the murder of one of their own becomes the subject of their investigation. To turn their world right side up, they must traverse the shadows, except of course... nothing is as it seems.
An unlikely group of shadowrunners is hired to pull of a job for a mysterious employer (detailed, right?)
Waking up in the world of shadowrun returns... Yeah, this isn't going to be fun. I just hope I can survive. Reviews welcome. Mature themes and concepts being employed here.
In the summer of 2069, the shadows crawl over the hot plains of Kansas where man and metabeast are wild and dangerous. A team of young shadowrunners will face the greatest evil the 6th World has ever produced. (This novel is now complete. Please leave a review, constructive criticism is always appreciated.)
Melissa Simmons is alive…the Wall is down…the Containment Zone is no more. So what now? How will Nick Muldoon adjust to life outside the CZ? Will he finally be able to lay his ghosts to rest?
An omniscient narration, formally 3rd person omniscient, written in a drunken stupor. My 2nd drunken-muse file in a decade, as I only drank due feeling guilty of not offering one in English, too. Pietroschek Prose crossover of how a Red Riding Hood Shadowrun might be botched, ahem, written. Jolly Foolification? Yep, seems I just invented that one.
A Shadowrun Returns: Dead Man's Switch short story featuring Jake Armitage and a street samurai named Karma. She comes to terms with Sam's death... after a fashion.
A young messenger in the city becomes slowly drawn into a computer generated world as he endeavours to broaden his web of communication and expand his grasp of computing power. In his eyes he is merely following in the footsteps of others, but is it possible that his entire quest has been drawn up by the machines themselves? Could the machines be studying him, probing for details?
Take a step into the office of a modern programmer, the tools of the trade gathered to provide an optimal workspace. What does it take to stay on the cutting edge when a team of experts is just a few milliseconds away and your office is just a blip on a digital map?
A user navigates the vast pace of a connected network which envelops both government and business systems. The deep cores have a mind of their own, even going so far as to usurp the controlling councils in order to complete projects. With the archives prey to the core's dirty habits of modifying the dates and details of contracts, danger is abound. Does he even have a role?
A very, very short scene, written for a creative writing class.
Meet Lydia. She does the occasional Run because it pays reasonably well and puts her myriad of blades to good use. But her true love and way of living is as a thief. Join her as she breaks into a house and steals some of the owner's valuables. This is more a character study than anything else, as I needed something to help me try and get into the head of my Shadowrun character.
The third installment in the Tales series. The Revenants were hit hard by the Zebop and Cornielle, the elven leader of the gang, is lookin for a little payback. Best way to make them eat crow? Recover the item the Zebop stole from them right in the middle of their high society party. Great plan…too bad it all went sideways.
