Set after the last episode 'Wedding Day.' This will be a series of chapters exploring the Captain’s ability to touch and be touched as he works to develop his power. Rating may change.
Carolyn Muir, a young, attractive widow, with two small children, is almost destitute. Her refusal to remarry is an issue with her parents. When a position as a clerk of office to her uncle Claymore Gregg becomes available Carolyn, her children and her woman companion, are all shipped off to Maine's wild, windy coast in the hope Carolyn will see sense and agree to find a husband...
In Defense of Claymore. I've always admired how the talented, hilarious and good-natured Charles Nelson Reilly was able to take an otherwise conniving, despicable character and add some lovable, and occasionally, even heroic qualities. All criticisms/feedback/ideas welcome!
Carolyn Muir hurries to Portland Medical to discover the fate of her friend Sean Callahan. Thank you for the encouragement, all feedback/criticisms/ideas welcome!
"Captain, if you were alive, Gull Cottage would be a palace…" Carolyn told Daniel. Fateful words that set both of them on a path neither ever expected to walk. Carolyn's parents want to take their daughter and grandchildren back to Philadelphia. Daniel is equally determined they will continue to live at Gull Cottage. What lengths will he go to, to make this happen?
Glad to see this tucked-away corner of GaMM fans! One of my favorite TV shows of all time, and I've very much enjoyed everyone's contributions. I've had this story in the back of my mind for ages, and I'm finally dredging up enough courage to share it outside my family. This tale picks up right at the end of the ""Double Trouble" episode. First online story post ever. . .
Carolyn and the children take a trip to Schooner Bay over Spring Break to get a feel for the town and visit Gull Cottage. Candy relieves her disappointment over not going to Disney World by making friends both young and old. Carolyn seeks to find an old friend and Jonathan and Martha find their own ways of coming to terms with life's new adventure.
What will happen to the Captain and Mrs Muir when Q decides to take an interest.
Sequel to "Escape to Gull Cottage" Carolyn and her children are living with her parents, as she decides what her next step will be. She explores her grief as well as what she wants for herself and the kids as the holiday season both highlights and places stress on family relationships. Her mind often returns to Gull Cottage, and the Captain. This is a multi-chaptered story
Sequel to "Escape To Gull Cottage" This story follows Captain Gregg during the same time period as "Leaves Must Fall" follows Carolyn, and brings them one step closer to a reunion. These co-current stories can be read together, or in either order and still make sense. Capt Gregg evaluates his afterlife choices and elicits an unexpected partner to save Gull Cottage and himself.
On the one hand, the New England Excelsior Circus coming to town is a good thing. On the other, the building of summer hotels in Schooner Bay is not...at least for the residents of the Schooner Bay Home for Invalid and Indigent Seamen and the ghost of Captain Daniel Gregg. On the third hand, the eldest of the seamen, Nate Douglas, isn't so sure about the circus people.
Daniel cannot refuse a Damsel in Distress. Warning: mention of suicide.
An after the credits story for "Not So Faust".
Candy and Johnathan grow up. How do they introduce their partners to "dad"?
There is more than one kind of spirit. Daniel Gregg has a visit from one he never encountered before.
Secrets are corrosive, they burn from the inside out. I don't know what Claymore's secret is, I don't think it matters.
Alone atop the Widow's Walk of Gull Cottage, Captain Gregg wishes...poem drabble
Newly widowed mother of two, Carolyn Muir takes a month for herself by the sea to regroup after her husband's accidental death. She takes refuge in a run-down seaside house, getting to know the town's people, and learning the history of the house and its original owner. She's not sure if it's grief, her imagination or an actual spirit that inspires her to begin writing, and healing

Desperate to make a new life for herself and her children she remembers a childhood trip to Schooner Bay. She searches for a rental property and finds a charming house named Gull Cottage. But is the rental price too steep?
Is the true identity of the mysterious author, Carol Gregg, finally safe and they can all go on with their lives? It appears so until a stranger comes to Gull Cottage. He's a naval researcher and author. Miss Gregg's novels have brought the Captain to his determined attention. There may be no escape this time because this new threat appears incapable of taking no for an answer…
This story links in Curious Cousin and Wedding Day? Cousin Harriet carries her story of Carolyn's budding romance back to their extended family. How does the captain plan to rescue the situation this time?
This vignette takes place in an alternate universe of The Ghost and Mrs. Muir. In it, Captain Daniel Gregg, Carolyn Muir, and the other GAMM characters are living in Captain Gregg's time, and story picks up in the early morning hours of the day after Christmas 1869. It is a continuation of my first FanFiction effort, "A Day in a Dream."
As promised, this is the companion piece to "The Ghost of Christmas Past - Expansion" I posted earlier. As before this is for all the lovely Gammers out there, Merry Christmas! This fic deals with all the Points of View of the other participants in the events at Gull Cottage on that magical, unforgettable Christmas Eve night...
For my lovely reviewer, Nanajojo, who requested this expansion. For Noreen, Elise, Mary, Diana, Eric, Margie, Shaz and all the wonderful GaMMers on the GaMM Facebook page. This one is for you all. Thanks for being there and being so neat. This is my expansion of The Ghost of Christmas Past and all the missing pieces and scenes and in-betweens. And this Expansion has a companion...
Is Carol Gregg's identity finally going to be exposed? The Gull Cottage residents hold their breath when the Bangor Ladies Reading Circle comes to Schooner Bay to uncover the truth about the elusive author. There may be no escape this time, but can the Captain and Jonathan manage to turn the situation around in time to stave off the unwanted intrusion?
Sometimes liaisons are not planned and it's the location that inspires interest…
In the book as well as the movie, Captain Gregg had a way of disappearing that was not necessarily commensurate with Mrs. Muir's feigned indifference to their supernatural relationship. The TV series only hinted at the devastating consequences.
Whoops! Looks like Capt. Gregg & Mrs. Muir made it into this one, too! It's a series of Happily Ever After vignettes for how "The Pit of Ultimate Dark Shadows" will hopefully turn out. Plus I like giving The Ghost & Mrs. Muir another story. For the time being there are more stories for this than Dark Shadows and I'd love to see it kept that way. Please R&R.
As they are about to get physical Carolyn stops to have that safe sex talk with Daniel…but really, how do you have that talk with a ghost?
Those awkward conversations that every parent dreads as their child grows up…
