Carolyn Muir is dissatisfied with her life, living with her parents in Philadelphia. She's being pushed toward a new marriage by her well-meaning family. Desperate to make a new life for herself and her children she remembers a childhood trip to Schooner Bay. She searches for a rental property and finds a charming house named Gull Cottage. But is the rental price too steep?
