After a devastating failure at the Central Location, Hydaelyn plucks the fallen huntsmen from certain doom and whisks them away to Eorzea with one task: find and aid the two Warriors of Light. But Alisaie extending the olive branch accidentally when confessing to him a quiet secret from their parents makes Alphinaud go down a rabbit hole and learn that life didn't have to be that way. With the combination of both aether and dynamis, cyberware, technical implants, and bioware, genetically engineered implants that enhance a person's abilities, emerged. And with it, new threats.
The Final Days have been averted and the skies have returned to normal. The Warrior of Light, champion of Eorzea, had returned from her grandest adventure alive… badly injured but alive. Still, her family in all but blood who await news in Ishgard can't help but feel anxious for her condition. They reflect on what she means to each of them and if they can aid her in return.
The path of the adventurer can be long, and perilous. It's dangerous to go it alone, and these brave warriors are about to find out what it means to have friends at your back.
