As Jason's broken mind struggles to stay whole, there are complications and his siblings are brought in to help. New city, new beginnings, same bad guys, Red Hood has arrived in Tampa, FL. This time he is doing things his way, but he must be mindful this is Punisher's turf. Mafiosos and the like beware the streets just became more bloody. All characters belong to their parent companies.
In this story Robin is Tim Drake not Dick Grayson. Red Hood needs money and the only one who will give him money is Black Mask. He going to assinate an unbelievable target to get that money.
