My own take on series four but this time it's Molly that takes centre stage as she pushes through the heartache, serves with a new team and ends up helping SF in their own missions.

At a field hospital in Etaples, France not far from the fighting in Ypres. Molly is a VAD (Voluntary Aid Detatchment) along with three other women Jacqueline 'Jackie' Patricks, Helene Croft and Rosalie Warwick. Seven months into her work in France, two particular soldiers show up in the hospital.
Molly is set to go back on tour to train Afghan nurses. All soldiers are required to submit to a medical exam before hand. But something comes to light that will stop Molly from going on tour.

AU-Story. Molly Dawes is a fresh new police constable for the MET, only six months on the job. When she gets a call of a public disturbance her life is turned upside down. She's thrown into a dangerous operation, working together with the handsome Detective Chief Inspector James and his team. Will they survive this or is this going to leave the deadly scars everyone is afraid off?
Molly struggles to come to terms with some of the things she has seen an experienced after returning from another tour. Charles becomes increasingly worried about the woman he loves as she continues to bottle things up. Can he persuade her to open up and let him help her?
The war in Afghan was over. But the war rages on somewhere else. Trying to adapt to life back home is hard, but having someone who knows what it is like makes it that little easier. Molly/Charles Rated T for language and possible smut. Yes a shit synopsis but the first chapter explains more.
Will hopefully become a series of one shots revolving around moments throughout episodes 1-5 and beyond. (Smut to follow)
