Just moments between major TxN scenes that we didn't get to see on camera. Missing moments, starting with what happens after the first movie. Hopefully more chapters to come, exploring other missing moments.
Trinity cries out and gasps at the pain suddenly radiating from her body and she feels like falling down in the darkness... like precipitating into the void...and she suddenly wakes up. Once again dreams can be so real... Set just after Trinity and Neo's reunion on the Mnemosyne in The Matrix Resurrections
Neo returns to Zion, blinded and burned and barely alive, and finds he has another choice to make. (Post-Revolutions, does not take into account Resurrections. Rated for discussions of death, grief, and injury.)
Between the events of The Matrix and The Matrix Reloaded, the crew of the Nebuchadnezzar rescues more candidates from the Matrix. This is the story of a young man, Cody, who knew something was wrong. He asked the dangerous questions. He wondered the dangerous wonders. He found the dangerous people, and finally, he found them. Morpheus. Trinity. Neo.
A series of one shots inspired by quote prompts found on Tumblr about my favorite unconventional pairing. Smith/Trinity.
"One of my earliest memories is of overhearing Mom tell Dad that what I lacked in cyber, I made up for in punk. I think she meant it as a compliment, but it just made me want to kick her." Neo and Trinity's daughter (reluctantly) confronts Smith, the Oracle, and the division brewing in IO.
Spoilers. Set during the new Matrix film.

Another What If? Idea. This one takes place in the Matrix Universe. What If Neo And Trinity aren't the only ones with unusual abilities in the matrix, and outside of it?
literally matrix but with the names changed
Neo couldn't open his eyes yet. He didn't want to look at the clock to realize only a few minutes had passed since he had fallen asleep. Trinity tried to get up, but Neo wouldn't let her. She was the only thing keeping him relaxed and he just needed a little more of her.
"I've been fighting my whole life. But I've never wanted to fight with you. I never had someone I was afraid of hurting before." After meeting with the Oracle post-Resurrections, Trinity and Neo fight in the Construct and make up. Trinity was never reckless, except for the times it could cost her everything. Tiffany never thought her life could be different, until she started dreaming about Trinity. "Storytime onboard the Nebuchadnezzar, kids, gather around," Tank crows, beating the metal jug of Dozer's moonshine with a bent spork.
Her eyes met his. She could barely form a coherent thought and Neo had to strain to hear her over her panting. "Neo, please, just…" she trailed off, trying to catch her breath as Neo's fingertips circled her again. "Please what?" Trinity could barely get the words out, her want for him overpowering every attempt at speech. Neo planted gentle kisses along her jaw, covering her in lo
Neo had tricked her in the beginning. After long days in the Construct, Neo would collapse in his small room and, despite her better judgement, she would pay him a visit bearing dinner. His room had been spotless then. Now, Trinity wished could go back in time and slap some sense into herself. Of course his room had been clean. Neo didn't own anything but the shirt on his back.
"To miracles happening, in spite of my best efforts not to let them. But I'll tell you what I've always believed. Nothing can keep a good woman down." Trinity's first hours with Neo after being resurrected. And having it out with Niobe for putting Neo in Neo jail.
"I think they know better than to expect us back on time anymore," Trinity says, between breathless kisses. Neo and Trinity defy their doctors' orders to take things easy in Io. (Also, young!Trinity processing her visit to the Oracle with Morpheus.)
"Neo, I will decide when I've had enough. Don't worry about me." Neo examined her. She sat across from him on the floor of the mechanical room. It was warmer in there, she had told him. Trinity wasn't wrong, either, evidence of her overheated state in her now exposed shoulders, sweater in a heap on the floor. Her cheeks were flushed and the slightest hint of perspiration dotted her
Neo and Trinity had been enjoying the simple pleasures of Zion; the warmth was a welcomed treat, and so was their newfound privacy. If Neo had been infatuated before, he was fully obsessed now. He couldn't keep his hands off of her, stealing a touch every chance he could get. Waiting for questioning seemed to be no different and Neo continued to graze and tease her leg, trying to b
He touches her skin and suddenly everything's real.
"I know it's more badass to like your coffee black," Neo says ruefully. "But I really wish this were a cappuccino." Trinity and Neo talk about what the Oracle told them, over coffee.

Just moments after Neo's resurrection, Trinity takes on the brunt of the emotional and physical labour of getting the ship operational. Neo wants nothing more than to get her to relax, just for a moment. They both knew everything else could wait - all that mattered anymore was their love for each other and Trinity knew all too well to make each moment count.
Neo gestured towards the symbols falling on the screen. It was late and the streets were fairly empty, save for a few night owls. It appeared to be that the Matrix was taking a break from chaos tonight. "Do you ever miss it?"
It takes 24-48 hours to recharge The Neb. Some people go their entire lives without hearing news that good, and Neo can only pray that he has given Trinity enough.
She uncovers a last clay dish to reveal a perfect dome of ripe strawberries. It is the first time he's ever heard her gasp, and it melts him a little inside. "I... I can't believe these are real."
