Selene quickly snapped his neck to make sure he was killed instantly. As he dropped to the floor, she felt a sharp pain at her side. She looked down and saw a knife sticking out above her hip. The hand attached to the knife broke it and left the blade in.

Neo couldn't open his eyes yet. He didn't want to look at the clock to realize only a few minutes had passed since he had fallen asleep. Trinity tried to get up, but Neo wouldn't let her. She was the only thing keeping him relaxed and he just needed a little more of her.

'Let me at least help with that.' David sighed as he saw her rubbing her own shoulder. He slowly moved behind her, moved her hand out of the way and started massaging her shoulders.
