Summary
Amanda Waller recruits Oliver and Felicity to track down a rogue A.R.G.U.S. agent who has kidnapped Floyd Lawton's daughter as part of an unknown agenda. In order to catch him and save the child, they will have to travel to a small town in the middle of nowhere that is hiding more than a few secrets of it's own.
