The Five Orange Pipes

I took the name of the title from the original Sherlock story "The Five Orange Pips". John Watson is asked to help a sick, homeless man who lives in the underground of London. John gets trapped in an old bunker, which is about to be detonated, hunted by a madman, who does his best to kill the doctor.
