Quirk: All For All

All For All - Izuku Midoriya is able to manipulate an endless supply of quirk energy within their body, to craft quirks to bestow onto others. They can't control the side effects or weaknesses and can only give up to six to others. Although they can bestow quirks onto themselves, it's a very difficult process requiring a lot of patience and creativity. And Izuku has plenty of both!
