Summary
Moderate Democrats ditch their Progressive partymates and become staunchly pro-gun. They and the Republicans then successfully repeal the 1986 Hughes Amendment, and the number of registered, lawfully-held machine guns skyrockets. But in February 2025, an otherworldly portal appears in Richmond, VA. After the ensuing battle, American gun owners take the fight back to the other world
