When We Collided

After the war, all the Hogwarts alumni are trying to repair the wounds and scars left by it. Hermione is attempting to do so when she gets invited to a party where a certain Slytherin is trying to avoid her at all costs. She also finds out that maybe she isn't who she thinks she is.
