Hogwarts, The Order and the Ministry read Harry Potter

When Umbridge comes across the Room of Requirement and is given/thrown the Harry Potter books, she is determined to thwart Harry Potter once and for all. So, inviting everyone including some special guests, she begins. No past or future characters will physically appear in this story, they will only be mentioned.
