Hermione 20

Hogwarts is rebuild after the war and changes have been made to the educational system in order for children to better develop themselves. When 20 years later, Hermione finds herself waking up in the body of her 15-year old self, she is confused. Soon it becomes clear to her that no one remembers her time at Hogwarts all those years ago.
