Summary
Charlie Magne left her home to follow her dream: to open a new establishment where Sinners could be redeemed: the Happy Hotel. However, not soon after her departure, Charlie's controversial dream caused Lucifer's title of "High King of Hell" to be questioned by other Kings of Hell's Rings, while Dark Lord of Hell: The Devil himself, watches Charlie's project with "great interest."
