Before the World Catches Up

On her last day in New Orleans, Caroline Forbes steps inside a bookshop and catches the attention of one of its cheerful owners. Introducing himself as Klaus, his smiles win her over, and when he surreptitiously slips Caroline his number, she's forced to make a decision: give in and enjoy her last night, or pack up and leave without a second glance.
