Since being cured of the mirakuru, Roy no longer has the same strength and speed he once had. He's no longer invincible or unstoppable. After training with Oliver, he finds himself slowly regaining back his confidence. When Sara is found murdered with arrows lodged in her chest, could it be possible that he may not be cured at all?
