Written for tvd-holidays. Stefan takes Caroline for a night out. It just happens to be to New Orleans on Halloween. She figures there are over a quarter of a million people in New Orleans alone. What are the chances she runs into Klaus? Pretty high actually. Good thing she's wearing a costume... NOTE: I don't watch Originals or TVD anymore so this is based off 2nd hand info
