After his sister was killed by the Yakuza while training to be a hero, Tekuno trained himself to hunt them down and avenge his sister. Now that he's finished, he intends to become a hero in her name. He may not have a quirk, but after being inspired by a vigilante from the pre-quirk era, he has a way to keep up with those who do.
