Time Fixer

Above it all... stood a man. A solitary figure who watched the fleeing people below with solemn eyes. Yet, he remained unmoving as the people cried for help from their Gods and he stood upon a hill and stared as history unfolded before him. "My job is to ensure time goes the way it should. I am not a human. I am not a Time Lord or a Doctor. I simply exist to stop people like you."
