After she flees alone her hometown in search of help, Amy encounters Shawn, who's been waiting for the apocalypse his entire life. Despite the zombies lurking outside, Amy's bad attitude, and Shawn's stand-offishness, they work well together. Even if they can't talk about their pasts, maybe they can build a future together.
