Night Vale needs Courage

This is a crossover. The Baggs have been kidnapped and Courage knows that the people of Night Vale are in danger of the same vague yet menacing government agency and he is going to stay till he and Cecil drive out this particularly evil, vague and menacing government agency. Cecil/Carlos and rated T. Please let me know if I kept people in character I'm very concerned about that.
