An idiot that gets powers from a dying god and arrives at Westeros 8,000 years before the war of the 5 kings. Only one problem, he's an idiot. Turns out altering reality requires knowing a lot more about chemistry and physics than he was aware of, and it doesn't help that he created an entire super nation that he doesn't know how to rule.
