Winter Queen

Long ago Rukia was adopted in the royal family of the Kingdom of Snow. Now, on the day of her coronation, she accidentally plunges the country into perpetual winter. Her younger sister Orihime heads out to find her and end the eternal snow, but can she survive the elements, as well as her own sister's powers, long enough to do so? (Chapter 5 posted.
