Summary
It's Spongebob with a twist: All of the characters act very reminiscently of the character cast of the Rocko's Modern Life series, which predated Spongebob by five years. For example, Spongebob acts a lot like Rocko, Mr. Krabs acts like Mr. Smitty, Squidward acts just like Mr. Bighead, Patrick acts just like Heffer, etc. It turns out there is actually a reason behind all of this.
