Frank Tripp moves in to make the final arrest of the website owner's murderer. I do not own the characters of Law and Order or CSI: Miami. I do not understand the complexities of the US legal system or law enforcement, so any inaccuracies there are largely due to me making stuff up to save having to do a second law degree before I could write the story
