Two girls of the sea are told by their fathers that the Sea has no High School for them to attend to—as there are less children in the Sea. They have been told to go to one on the Surface. They go up there at times; not being used to the Surface because of Chakra—and remember when they were young and used to go up there to play with the other children. Comedy, Romance and Drama?
