Worried for Timmy's safety after 'Return Of The L.O.S.E.R.S.', Cosmo wants justice for his godchild after that scare so he plots alongside Anti-Cosmo and they scheme to make the L.O.S.E.R.S. suffer unknown to Wanda and Timmy.
